Description
No. 33 Upper Parliament Street is a house built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a hipped slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a total of four bays. There is a sill band at the first floor, along with a top frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars, although the windows in the first bay are blind. The round-headed entrance includes a doorcase with panelled pilasters and a six-panel door. Decorative iron railings with heads surround the area and steps leading to the entrance. The house also has a two-bay return to Hope Street.
