Description

No. 46 Upper Parliament Street is a house built in the 1820s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall with a basement and features two bays. There is a first-floor sill band, a top frieze, and a cornice. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, with some retaining glazing bars. The round-headed entrance is adorned with pilasters and an archivolt, leading to a six-panel door. There are plain iron railings surrounding the area and steps.
