Description
No. 64 Upper Parliament Street is a house built in the 1820s. It is constructed of stucco and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall with a basement and features three bays. There is a basement lintel band and channelled rustication on the ground floor. The first and second floors are adorned with a giant pilastrade and panelled pilasters, with an entablature that supports a blocking course. The first-floor windows are framed by flat pilasters and cornices, and all windows are sashed without glazing bars. The entrance includes a panelled doorcase and a porch with panelled antae, leading to a four-panel door. Decorative iron railings surround the area and steps, which have decorative heads, and there are iron balconies attached to the first-floor windows.
