63, Everton Road

No. 63 Everton Road is a house built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall with a basement and features three bays. There is a lintel band at the basement level, a sill band at the first floor, and a cornice with a blocking course at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The central entrance is round-headed and has a Doric doorcase, although the columns are missing as of 1984. It includes a complete fanlight and a six-panel door. The property is also equipped with plain iron area railings.
