Description
47 and 49 Everton Road are two houses built in the 1830s. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature slate roofs. Each house has three storeys and a basement, with three bays. There is a basement lintel band, a first-floor sill band, and a top cornice with a blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrances are round-headed and have Doric doorcases with fluted columns, leading to six-panel doors. There are plain iron railings around the areas and steps.
