Description

No. 53 Everton Road is a home built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a three-bay façade. There is a lintel band at the basement level, a sill band at the first floor, and a cornice and blocking course at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance is round-headed and has a Doric doorcase, although the columns are missing. It includes a complete fanlight and a six-panel door. The property is enclosed by plain iron area railings.
