Description
57, 59, and 61 Everton Road are three houses that have been combined into one building, dating from the 1830s. The structure is finished in stucco and topped with a slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features nine bays, with the central three bays projecting forward and accented by rusticated quoins. There is a sill band at the first floor and a cornice with a blocking course at the top. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, although most have been boarded up since 1984. The central first-floor window has a floating cornice. The central cart entrance is flanked by quoin strips, and the stucco has been removed from the lintel as of 1984. Additionally, there is a round-headed entrance in the eighth bay, which has an archivolt supported by corbels, and the door and fanlight are also boarded up from 1984.
