Description

No. 65 Everton Road is a house built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys, a basement, and three bays. There is a lintel band at the basement level, a sill band at the first floor, and a cornice with a blocking course at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance is round-headed and features a Doric doorcase, although the columns were removed in 1984. The property is also enclosed by plain iron area railings.
