Description
No. 3 Church Mount is a house built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys tall with a basement and features three bays. There is a sill band at the first floor level and a cornice at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and casements, with the window above the entrance being blind. The central entrance is round-headed and has a Doric doorcase supported by fluted columns. The entablature above the doorcase is boxed, a modification made in 1984.
