Description
No. 24 Marmaduke Street is a house built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and a basement, with three bays. There is a sill band on the first floor and a cornice at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed without glazing bars. The canted entrance is adorned with an architrave, cornice, and blocking course, and it includes a four-panel door with a complete over light that has margin panes.
