Description

No. 5 Church Mount is a house built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. There is a sill band on the first floor and a moulded cornice on the right return, along with a stone-coped gable. The windows have wedge lintels and casements, although the windows in the third bay are blind. Additionally, there is a round-headed blind window in the gable. The central entrance is round-arched and has a Doric doorcase with fluted columns, leading to a six-panel door.
