Description

No. 11 Towerlands Street is a house built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building features two storeys and a basement, with two bays. The basement is rendered, and there is a sill band at the first floor level, along with a top frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows, with some remaining glazing bars; however, the ground floor window has been boarded up since 1984. The round-headed entrance is adorned with a consoled doorcase. Additionally, there are iron railings to the area and steps, which are topped with anthemion heads.
