Description

This house, now divided into three flats, was built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings, and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and has two bays on each side. It features a pedimented gable. The windows have wedge lintels and casements, with the ground floor windows being blind. A central round-headed entrance has a panelled doorcase. The rear elevation, facing Towerlands Street, features a top cornice. The building was originally listed as numbers 1, 1A, 1B, and 3 on March 14, 197.
