Description
No. 45 Catharine Street is a house built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high with a basement and features three bays. There is a lintel band at the basement level, a sill band at the first floor, and a cornice with a blocking course at the top. The windows are adorned with wedge lintels and have Ionic aedicules without pediments. The entrance includes a two-panel door, and there are iron area railings with decorative heads.
