House. 1860s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys with basement, 3 bays. Band over ground floor, 1st floor sill band; top bracketed eaves. Windows have eared and shouldred architraves and are sashed, no glazing bars. Ground floor has tripartite projecting window to left and canted bay window to right, with panelled aprons and pierced balconies to 1st floor windows, which have pulvinated friezes and cornices. Central round-headed entrance has Corinthian aedicule with segmental pediment. A little- altered example of the houses of the Victoria Park estate.
