There is a lintel band at the basement level, a sill band at the first floor, and a top frieze, cornice, and blocking course. To the right of the entrance, there is a two-storey canted bay. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The entrance features a flat architrave and cornice, along with a four-panel door. There are iron railings around the area, and the steps have spearhead designs. An iron fire escape connects this house with No. 10 Edge Lane.
