Description

No. 2 Edge Lane is a house built in the 1830s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. There is a sill band at the first floor level and a cornice at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows without glazing bars. The entrance is round-headed and has an Ionic doorcase with a two-panel door. The right side of the house has an open pedimented gable.
