Description

No. 28 Oxford Street is a house built in the 1820s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high with a basement and features two bays. There is a sill band at the first floor and a cornice at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows, with glazing bars on the first and second floors. The entrance is round-headed and has a Doric doorcase with fluted columns, a complete fanlight, and a six-panel door. There are plain iron railings surrounding the area and steps.
