Description

Two houses, built in the 1830s. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and have a slate roof. Each house is two storeys high and three bays wide. A sill band runs along the first floor, and there is a cornice at the top of the building. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows with glazing bars. The entrances are round-headed, with Ionic doorcases (the columns are missing) and complete fanlights above the two-panel doors. Number 4 has a 20th-century flat-topped dormer window added, and the ground-floor windows are currently boarded. Number 6 has plain iron railings to the garden and gate piers.
