There is a lintel band at the basement level, a sill band at the first floor, and a cornice with a blocking course at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows, with glazing bars above the ground floor. The entrances are framed by Ionic aedicules and have six-panel doors. There are iron railings with decorative heads leading to the areas and steps, as well as iron balconies on the first floor.
