Once a farmhouse, stone, flag roof, 2 storeys. Dated 1667 on worn lintel of front door, and inscribed "rebuilt 1912" on lintel of blocked doorway at side. Main front has Tudor-arched doorway with label, a 6 light main window, and 2 3-light windows above. Each end wing has a 5-light window on ground floor and a 4-light above. All windows with chamfered stone mullions and labels. Brick chimneys.

Whitefield House, Pigeon House, Dovecote, and No. 112 form a group.
