Description

Sefton Cottage is a Victorian red sandstone house that has been converted into flats. It features ashlar quoins and a decorative band, standing two storeys tall with wooden eaves. The building has three windows on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, consisting of 2, 3, and 4 lights. However, only one of the 4-light windows still retains its stone mullions. The cottage is located at the entrance to a new school.
