Description
Admarsh Barn farmhouse and the adjoining barn to the west were built in 1814. The farmhouse is constructed from sandstone rubble and has a slate roof. It is two storeys high and features three bays. The windows are sashed with plain stone surrounds, and the first-floor windows in the second and third bays have glazing bars. The central door has a plain stone surround with a round keyed head, and above it is a plaque inscribed with the year '1814'. The farmhouse has chimneys at both ends.
The barn, located to the left of the farmhouse, has a wide entrance with plain reveals and a lintel. To the right of the entrance is a window with a quoined surround, along with a pitching hole above that has a plain stone surround. There is also a door to the right of the window with plain reveals. The barn is said to have a re-set lintel dated 1720.
