Description

Crabtree Nook is a house from the early 18th century that has been altered. It is built from sandstone rubble and features a slate roof with brick chimneys. The house has two storeys and two bays. The ground-floor windows have had their mullions removed and modern frames added, while the first floor retains three-light chamfered mullioned windows. The door on the right has a quoined surround, and there is a second door, likely a later addition, to the right of the left-hand bay, which is sheltered by a modern porch. The house has coped gables with chimneys and an outshut on part of the rear wall, which contains timber mullioned windows.
