Stable or granary. Probably late C18; altered. Coursed squared sandstone, stone slate roof. Small rectangular plan on north-south axis. Two storeys; the east side (probably the rear) has a loft doorway approached by C20 wooden steps. Forms group with Sutches Farmhouse (qv), barn at north end of farmyard (qv) and cart shed/stable on west side of yard (qv).
