Description
This stable and granary, located approximately 50 yards west of Green Farmhouse, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed from coursed and squared limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and chisel dressed ashlar dressings. The building has a clay tile roof with coped verges and an L-shaped plan that includes a main range and a rear wing. It is two storeys high and has two bays facing south. On the ground floor, there is a bottom opening glazing bar window on the left and a stable door on the right, which is situated within a blocked cart entrance. There are loft openings on both the left and right sides, each with board doors. Steps on the east gable lead up to a door on the first floor.
