Cottage. Early to mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; clay tile roof with coped verges; coursed and squared rubble integral end stack. Single cell with gable end entry. 2 storeys and gable lit attic; 1 window; 16 pane glazing bar sashes; cast iron railings with fleur-de-lys heads around ground floor window; door to S.E. gable.
