Description
Ash Tree Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse that has undergone later alterations. It is constructed from coursed and squared limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and features a clay tile roof with ashlar integral end stacks. The building has two storeys and a gable-lit attic, with two windows to the left of the centre and two to the right. The windows are two-light plain mullioned types with straight dripstones containing casements. There is a single light casement on the ground floor to the left, which is within a blocked doorway. The central entrance features a 20th-century glazed door surrounded by a mid-19th-century surround that includes a bracketed hood and stop-chamfered jambs.
