Description
This building, located 10 metres west of Dinkling Green Farmhouse, is a farm building that may have once served as a house. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and features a slate roof, standing two storeys tall. The east wall, which faces the farmyard, consists of two bays. The left-hand window surround, which is missing its central mullion, has an inner hollow chamfer and an outer chamfer. The right-hand window is a two-light design, also mullioned and chamfered. On the first floor, there are two former two-light chamfered window surrounds. Between the bays, there is a door with plain reveals, and to the right, another door with a plain stone surround. The rear wall has a blocked one-light window on the left with a crude plain stone surround, and to its right, there is a three-light mullioned window featuring both an outer chamfer and an inner hollow chamfer. Further to the right, there is a blocked door with a plain stone surround. The building is said to contain a cruck truss.
