Description
This is a farm building, originally a house, dating from 1696. It is constructed of sandstone rubble and has a roof made of stone slate and slate. The building has two storeys. The north wall features a drip course. To the left of the door, there are remnants of a window with an architrave and a flat-faced mullion; the sill has been removed and a door has been inserted in its place. To the right of the door is a rebated and chamfered surround where the mullion has been removed. Further right, there is another door set within the remains of a window architrave. On the first floor, there are rebated and chamfered windows. Each outer side has a blocked two-light window, while towards the centre, there is a blocked three-light window and a former three-light window with the mullions removed and the sill lowered. The rear wall also has blocked rebated and chamfered windows. On the ground floor, there are four windows, including a blocked fire window to the right. On the first floor, there is one two-light window and two one-light windows.
