Description

Old Hall Farmhouse is a late 17th-century house located on Main Road in Nether Kellet. The house is constructed of roughly-faced rubble stone and has a slate roof. It follows a central-entry plan with a left-hand gable stack and a third unit extending beyond a right-hand stack. The house is two storeys high. The ground floor has modern casement windows set in chamfered surrounds, with one original stone mullioned window remaining to the right of the modern porch. The first floor windows have three rebated and chamfered surrounds. The third unit to the right has a garage door, with a modern casement window above, featuring plain reveals. The gables have copings with kneelers. There is a gabled wing at the rear of the house, retaining evidence of rebated and chamfered window surrounds.
