Description
The Pump House is a mid 18th century building located on Kellet Lane in Nether Kellet. It is constructed of rubble with a pebbledashed front and features a slate roof. The structure is arranged in three units, with a fourth unit on the left that was converted from a stable in the 20th century. The building stands two storeys high and has chamfered mullioned windows typical of the 18th century. To the left of the gabled porch, there is a two-light window, and to the right, a three-light window, with an additional two-light window beyond. On the first floor, there are three two-light windows. The former stable on the left has a similar window on the first floor and a door with plain reveals on the ground floor, along with a 20th century two-light mullioned window. The rear of the building features plain window openings, including one small 12-pane sash window.
