Description

Stable house, early 19th century, located approximately 150 metres west of Elswick Manor. The building is constructed of brick and features a slate roof. Designed in the Gothic style as an eye-catcher, it includes an embattled tower at the west end and an embattled parapet on the curved east end wall. The south side has arched windows with Y-tracery and glazing bars, while the north side contains wagon entrances.
