Farmhouse. Dated 1736 on lintel of door. Coursed sandstone with quoins, slate roof. Double-depth two-bay plan. Two storeys, almost symmetrical, with gable chimneys; first floor band; gable coping with kneelers; doorway has long and short lintel inscribed I / E L / 1736 ; two windows on each floor, three lights to left and four lights to right.

Breaking forwards at left end is added dairy of one bay and two storeys, with altered window at ground floor and three-light window above, and continued left is barn under same roof with datestone recording that it was rebuilt in 1855. Rear of house has inter-alia one three-light window and a single-light stair-window.
