House. c.1832. Stuccoed brick with stone dressings and hipped slate roof. Two storeys, 3 x 3 bays with rear wing. Wide eaves and full-height iron verandah to 3 sides, 3 narrow bays with pointed arches and cusped spandrels alternate with 2 wide bays with Tudor arches and tracery spandrels; quatrefoil columns. Windows have label moulds and 4-light cast iron mullioned windows with reticulated heads. Central ground floor bay has canted oriel with ogee base and swept roof. 2 round stacks with crenellation to bases. Left return has porch of c.1900 with bowed front. Rear has wing and some mullioned windows.
