Description

Park Villa is a house dating to around 1840, located on Great Clowes Street in Salford. It is built with a brick structure covered in render, and has a hipped roof of Welsh slate. The house has two storeys and a three-window front. A lattice-work cast-iron porch with an upswept roof is centrally located. Windows are placed within full-height advanced panels; the ground floor panels are boarded over, while the upper floors have 12-pane sashes with a sill band. A single 12-pane sash window sits above the entrance. A plain coved eaves cornice overhangs the eaves. To the left, a single-storey canted bay with a pedimented parapet and a blocked doorway projects, connecting the villa to numbers 228, 230, and 232, which are not included in the listing. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
