Description

Parks, a house dating to around 1840, is constructed of stucco with a Welsh slate roof. It has two storeys and a three-window facade, with slightly projecting gables at the outer edges and a central entrance. A stone Doric portico supports a balustraded parapet, and contains paired, partially glazed doors with an overlight set within a reeded architrave. The ground floor of the projecting bays on either side feature rusticated stucco and 12-pane sash windows on both floors. Above the doorway are paired, round-arched windows. The overhanging eaves are supported by moulded brackets. Axial and end wall chimneys are present. A lower, two-storeyed single-window range is recessed to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
