Description

This building comprises three houses, originally a single house dating to the late 18th century, with a rear wing added in the early 19th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed watershot stone, with a graduated stone slate roof. The main block has two bays and three stories. The right-hand bay of number 29 is included, while the left-hand bay is part of number 27 Wool Road. Each bay features a door on the left and a window on the right, both set within square-cut stone surrounds. The first floor has two three-light, flat-faced mullion windows, and the second floor has an eight-light, flat-faced mullion workshop window. Ridge chimney stacks rise from the roof. The rear wing incorporates flat-faced mullion windows and a 20th-century lean-to extension against the gable.
