Description

Holly Grove Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone and features a 20th-century tiled roof. The cottage has a single bay and two storeys, along with a 20th-century lean-to extension and porch. The building has quoins and a 5-light recessed cavetto-moulded stone mullion window on the ground floor, and a 6-light window on the first floor. The door is obscured by the later additions, and there is a gable chimney stack.
