Description

Brook Fold Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse located on Brookfold Lane in Harwood, South Turton. The building is constructed of dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. It stands two storeys high and consists of two bays, with a wing projecting to the left. The ground floor has three-light mullioned windows with ovolo mullions, while the first floor has flat mullions. The wing contains casement windows. The entrance is plain, featuring a half-glazed door, and the wing has a round-headed entrance. The farmhouse includes cross-axial and gable-end stacks. At the rear, there are casement windows and a lean-to cow house.
