Description

Sea View is a house located on Mill Street in Neston, dating from the late 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed of brown brick in English garden-wall bond and features a timber porch and a slate roof with brick stacks.

The exterior is three stories high with a two-window front. It has a four-panel bolection moulded door set within an added gabled porch. The windows are primarily recessed sashes with single glazing bars, stone sills, and rectangular stone lintels, although the ground floor windows have been altered. There are raised brick bands on the first and second floors that return across the canted left gable.

Inside, the house features exposed chamfered beams and four-panel doors.
