Description
Holly Tree House is an 18th-century house that has undergone later alterations and extensions. It features colourwashed stucco and a slate roof. The exterior consists of a three-storey, two-bay front, flanked by single-storey ramped-up screen walls topped with ball finials. The entrance has a six-panel door with a rectangular overlight, set in a replaced doorcase with a flat lead-covered hood supported by console brackets. To the left of the door is a six-over-six sash window, with similar windows on the first floor and two-light casements on the second floor. All windows are fitted with louvred shutters. The left screen wall also has a six-over-six sash window, while the right screen wall features folding yard doors. Between the first and second floors, there is a blue plaque, possibly a firemark. The interior has not been inspected.
