Formerly house now offices: early C19 with C20 alterations. Stuccoed brick on stone plinth. Hipped Welsh slate roof and 2 brick chimneys. Double-pile plan. 3-storey, symmetrical 3-bay front. Bond at 2nd floor sill level and wooden cornice. 12-pane sashes under flat wedged stone heads. Detached unfluted Ionic porch with semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars and 6-panelled door behind.
