Description

Medway House is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of High Street in Tattenhall. It is constructed of Flemish bond orange brick with yellow headers, set on a plastered plinth. The roof is made of Welsh slate and features two brick gable chimneys. The building is two stories tall with a symmetrical three-bay front facing High Street. The end bays have 12-pane sash windows beneath flat gauged and rubbed brick heads, which are currently painted. The central bay contains a four-light window with a semi-circular head below it. The doorway is situated on Church Bank and is topped by a simple lintel. This building is listed for its group value only.
