Description
Haling Dene Centre is an early 19th-century house that has been converted into offices. The building is constructed of stucco and features a slate roof with coped verges and painted brick integral end stacks. It stands three storeys tall and has an eaves band. The façade includes three windows with glazing bar sashes that have horns, and there are two-storey canted bay windows on the left and right, which contain plate glass sashes. The central entrance is a glazed door with a moulded surround and is framed by an Ionic porch.
To the left, there is a single-storey wing that has a cornice band and a plain parapet, featuring three bays with a central break and glazing bar sashes. To the right, there is a two-storey wing that also has a cornice band and a plain parapet, which consists of five bays arranged as 1:2:1, with glazing bar sashes on the ground floor and casements on the first floor. A glazed door with a moulded surround is located to the left of this wing.
