Description

The Boat Inn is an inn dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with a brick stack at the rear. The building is L-shaped and has two storeys plus a gable-lit attic, characterized by dentilled eaves. There are three windows, which are 16-pane glazing bar sashes, and the lintels above these windows are grooved to resemble voussoirs with raised keystones. To the right of the centre, there is a six-panelled door that has a moulded surround.
