Description

This house, now used as offices, dates to around 1800. It is constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof. The building is three storeys high and has three principal bays, plus an additional bay containing a passageway with windows above. The central entrance features a six-panelled door and a traceried fanlight, all enclosed within a pedimented case supported by Ionic columns and a flat entablature. The windows are mostly 16-pane sashes with flat-arched stuccoed heads incorporating voussoirs and keystones. Some upper-floor windows have been renewed as eight-pane sashes, but remain within the original window openings. A modillion eaves cornice adorns the building, and there are gable end stacks.
