MALPAS C.P. EBNAL LANE SJ 44 NE SJ 496 486 (North Side) 2/58 Guidepost at NGR 496 486 II Guidepost, probably 1870's, of cast iron. Octagonal shaft has CCC embossed in ornate letters on raised shield. Plates with raised margins and pecked corners direct to MALPAS: MALPAS STATION (painted out) & CHESTER: NO MAN'S HEATH 1. Ball finial. An undamaged example.
