Description

This guidepost, likely from the 1870s, is made of cast iron and features an octagonal shaft. It has "CCC" embossed in ornate letters on a raised shield. There are plates with raised margins and pecked corners that direct to MALPAS and CHESTER: NO MAN'S HEATH, although the MALPAS STATION direction has been painted out. The guidepost is topped with a ball finial and remains undamaged.
