Description

The Guidepost, likely from the 1870s, is made of cast iron and features an octagonal shaft. It has "CCC" embossed in ornate letters on a raised shield. The plates, which have pecked corners and raised margins, display the names "MALPAS" and "HIGHER WYCH" in raised sans-serif capitals. The guidepost is topped with a ball finial.
