Description
The Sanvern is a shop and dwelling built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brown brick and features a graded grey slate roof. The lower storey includes a canted oriel shop window with 10 panes on the left, a replaced 4-panel half-glazed door in the centre, and a 12-pane flush sash window on the right, which has a projecting stone cill and is set under a gauged brick head. The upper storey contains two flush 12-pane sash windows, both positioned under plain brick heads. There is a flush gable chimney on the left and a massive ridge chimney located to the right of centre. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
